When applying for service for the first time, it will be necessary to complete an Application and pay any required fees and/or deposits. Your current account, if applicable, must be in good standing to transfer. You will be require to provide your service and mailing addresses, government issued photo identification, email and telephone number to establish service.

Payment Options:
All check payments received may be treated as Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions through TeleCheck.

For your convenience, there are several payment options available to make payments to Bay Laurel Center CDD:

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT):
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments are the most convenient and inexpensive way to pay to your monthly utility bill.  Instead of writing checks each month, your payments may be automatically withdrawn on the due date from your checking or savings account. To set up this automatic service, complete the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) Authorization Application.  Cancelations require a minimum 10-day notice.

Payment through on-line banking institution:
Should your banking institution offer online processing service, you may choose to make payment through there as well. Bay Laurel Center CDD will still receive your payment in either a  check or electronic format, so please be aware of time required for processing, mailing and receipt of funds by Bay Laurel Center CDD.

 

Payment by Mail:
Mail your check or money order along with your remittance stub to the following location:

Please do not send any cash payments through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Payments left in payments box are collected daily. Please do not place cash payments in the box.

 

In Person:
Cash, Check or Credit Card Payments are also accepted in person at the following location:

Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Closed for lunch from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

 

Web Portal:
Please visit our web portal by clicking the red Pay My Bill button at the top of this page to set up an account, pay your monthly bill by credit card and/or view your account history.

If you have not registered your account please do so by following the below instructions:

  1. Enter your account number: You can enter the account number without all of the zeros at the beginning
  2. On the next screen you will be asked to verify that your name and service address is correct
    a. If it is correct please click "YES, THIS IS MY ACCOUNT”.
    b. If the name and address listed is not yours please click “I DON’T SEE MY ACCOUNT” and you will be able to re-enter your account number.
  3. On the next screen please enter the following:
    a. Create a user name that you will remember
    b. Enter your email address
    c. Create a password that you will remember
    d. You will be asked to confirm the password
  4. Registration will be complete and you can log in.

NOTE:  To avoid late fees and/or service interruptions, payments must be received and posted by the due date on the bill.

Questions pertaining to your utility bill should be addressed with the Customer Service Department, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, note that our office is closed from 1:00 pm to 2:00pm for lunch.
